Caroline Loftus serves as an Environmental Scientist at McRoberts & Hartis, P.C. performing environmental risk management, report reviews, technical analysis, and quality control of environmental reports prepared by various national consulting firms for commercial real estate and institutional lenders, loan servicers, and equity owners. Previously working as a Contracting Agent for McRoberts & Hartis, P.C., Caroline has had over ten years of experience working with environmental reports and our long list of clients.
Prior to joining McRoberts & Hartis, P.C. in 2012, Caroline worked for Franke, Shultz & Mullen, P.C. in Kansas City, Missouri. Caroline has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from The University of Kansas where her studies were focused predominantly on Environmental History, Law and Policy Analysis. Caroline continued her environmental education and is certified with ASTM regarding Phase I Environmental Reports.
