Mr. Schwartz serves as an Environmental Specialist performing Phase I desktop reviews and technical analysis. Prior to joining McRoberts & Roberts in 2005, Mr. Schwartz worked for Black & Veatch Corporation where he specialized in overseeing and conducting subsurface investigations and quarterly ground water monitoring at over thirty former manufacturing gas plant sites for State and Federal agencies. Prior to working for Black & Veatch, Mr. Schwartz also performed several Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and lead-based paint and asbestos abatement oversight activities for URS Corporation. Mr. Schwartz received his B.S. in Geology from Central Missouri State University in 1997, his M.S. in Urban Environmental Geology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2001, and is a Missouri Registered Geologist.
