Mr. Phan joined, McRoberts & Roberts, L.L.P. (“McRoberts”) in September of 2005 as its Assistant Due Diligence Manager performing desktop reviews and analysis for commercial real estate. Prior to joining McRoberts & Roberts in2005, Mr. Phan enjoyed six years in the Commercial Loan & Servicing industry where he gained experience in contracting and negotiating with third party vendors to perform various third party services. Mr. Phan has performed reviews on Property Condition Assessment reports for compliance that both meet industry standards and the particular needs of the client. The review focuses on analyzing immediate maintenance amounts, capital reserves, compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, seismic considerations, local zoning and code issues, capacity and adequacy of systems and feasibility of changes. Mr. Phan has also worked as Credit Specialist where he provided proactive assessments of real estate performance and market conditions to assess asset quality. He was accountable to provide information to clients and investors regarding quarterly credit risk through accurate, thorough and timely analysis of properties, markets, borrowers, and asset structures. Mr. Phan received his B.S. in Finance from Southwest Missouri State University in 1998.
