Mr. Kwan serves as an Affiliated Senior Environmental Specialist performing all aspects of environmental technical analysis, including Phase I and II environmental desktop reviews. Prior to joining McRoberts & Roberts, Mr. Kwan was employed by Huntington Engineering & Environmental, Inc. as an Environmental Scientist III serving as an on-site environmental consultant to the Resolution Trust Corporation at its Kansas City, Missouri Regional Office. Mr. Kwan has served as the sampling and quality assurance/quality control coordinator for an EPA Region VIII Superfund remediation project. Mr. Kwan received a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1991. He is a Registered Environmental Assessor (REA#06779).
