David Cetola

Mr. Cetola focuses his practice in both environmental litigation and land use law and development.  Mr. Cetola counsels corporations, lending institutions and individuals concerning environmental litigation, and the liabilities and regulatory aspects of corporate and real property transactions.

Mr. Cetola received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2004 and his B.S. from the University of Delaware in 2001.  Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court for the 2004-2005 term. Mr. Cetola is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts and American Bar Associations.
