Jennifer Bernazani-Ludlum

Ms. Bernazani-Ludlum focuses her practice in the fields of land use, environmental law and civil litigation.  Prior to joining McRoberts & Roberts, she was an associate with the Law Offices of Michael F. Dowley and Associates in Connecticut where she specialized in the fields of real estate and land use law representing clients in permitting matters before various municipal agencies and judicial districts. She also was engaged in a wide range of transactional real estate matters.  Since returning to Massachusetts, she has continued her practice in these areas focusing on the cleanup and redevelopment of properties affected by hazardous waste and toxic tort litigation. 

Ms. Bernazani-Ludlum received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2000 and her B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross in 1997.  She is the author of the article, "The Eagle, the Turtle, the Shrimp and the WTO: Implications for the Future of Environmental Trade Measures," published in the Winter/Spring 2000 edition of the Connecticut Journal of International Law. Ms. Bernazani-Ludlum is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Middlesex County (Connecticut) Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
