Eric Schwartz serves as a Senior Environmental Scientist at McRoberts & Hartis, P.C. He performs environmental report reviews, due diligence management, technical analysis, and quality control of environmental reports prepared by various national consulting firms for several commercial lenders, loan servicers, and equity owners.
Prior to joining McRoberts & Hartis, P.C. in 2005, Eric worked for Black & Veatch Corporation where he oversaw and conducted subsurface site investigations and quarterly ground water monitoring at over thirty former manufactured gas plant sites for State and Federal agencies. Prior to working for Black & Veatch, Eric also performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and lead-based paint and asbestos abatement oversight activities in the San Jose, California area for URS Corporation.
Eric is an ASTM Environmental Professional and a Missouri Registered Geologist (#2007006638) and is also an AHERA-certified asbestos inspector/ manager.
